You've reached the personal web site of Marcello Brivio, 29 y.o. web enthusiast from Italy. These pages are my excuse to have bought a domain with my name without having nothing important to do with it (except indulging my ego). I live near the city of Milan and I'm currently working for MTV Italy as a web producer in the amazing team dedicated to MTV.it.

In 2004 I took a bachelor's degree in Communication at the University of Bergamo, followed two years later by a master's degree in Multimedia Publishing. During this last period, I collaborated to the planning and the design of PartecipaTrezzo.it, an e-democracy platform (one of the first ever made in my country).

In addition to these web-related activities, my other interests are:

Sport: I am a passionate runner and I especially like middle-range distances like 10K and Half Marathon. My team is Happy Runner Club McDonald's and you can follow my workouts on Dailymile. I am also a football fan, but actually I'm much better as a narrator than as a player... I am the self-proclamed unofficial blogger, photographer, video-operator and first supporter of my town's team, A.S. Verderio.

Photography: since I first met iPhoto in late 2006, I have understood the beauty of taking photographs and keeping them well organized. Now I'm using Aperture and sometimes I think I'm becoming a good photographer... Don't believe it? Then you should watch my best shots on Flickr (what an amazing web site!).

Music: I like to play the guitar. My axe is an original Fender Stratocaster made in USA, bought in 2001; I customized it with a wonderful AlecB bridge, a set of Schaller locking tuners and a GraphTech self-lubricating nut. Sometimes I like to record my musical ideas with my Mac, using GarageBand or Reason: I also have an USB keyboard to do this, but I'm quite bad in playing it...
